• 负责临床流式产品(流式细胞仪及流式试剂)的渠道销售工作
• 完成业务区域授权经销商的年度销售指标的合理分配和监督销售实现,并参与实际销售工作
• 完成业务区域重点客户、大客户的销售实现和关系保持和增进
• 完善销售渠道,对现有渠道进行筛选、管理、促进和改善
• 协助大区销售经理对市场策划的确定及实施营销策略
• 协助市场部和技术部执行市场活动
• 搜寻、汇总和反馈市场信息
• 执行和实施公司市场策略
Qualifications:
• 5年以上药品市场/IVD市场销售经验,有可以证明的既往销售业绩,具有一定抗压能力
• 3年以上经销商管理经验
• 工作踏实认真努力,讲究实效和追求尽可能好的工作结果,具有一定的执行力
• 坦诚开朗,乐于为团队成员服务,具有团队精神和协作精神,注重团队沟通
• 具有一定市场策略参与制定和实施经验
• 英语水平良好,能用英语进行简单交流
