Channel Partner Manager

The Channel Partner Manager for Fluke BioMedical’s EQA (Equipment Quality Assurance) business is responsible for driving sales, customer engagement, and market share growth within an assigned territory or region. This role requires strong expertise in EQA solutions, the ability to manage customer relationships, and a commitment to achieving revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

Drive sales of Fluke BioMedical EQA products and services to healthcare facilities, medical device manufacturers, and calibration service providers. Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Fluke BioMedical’s goals, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. Identify and engage new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing solutions that align with their needs. Educate customers on the value and applications of Fluke BioMedical’s EQA offerings.

Market Insights and Representation

Act as a brand ambassador, representing Fluke BioMedical at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer trends. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and respond to market demands.

Channel Partner Management

Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to track opportunities and sales activities. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to Fluke BioMedical leadership. Align closely with Fluke BioMedical’s marketing and product management teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotional activities.  

Required Qualifications

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share within a technical product portfolio. Familiarity with EQA solutions or related technical instrumentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of medical device calibration, quality assurance, and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong alignment with Fluke BioMedical’s business objectives.

Technical Knowledge

Knowledge of Fluke BioMedical’s EQA product portfolio or similar tools and technology. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.  

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a distributor manager, channel partner manager, or sales leader in the medical or healthcare technology space. Established network of contacts within hospitals, clinical engineering departments, and biomedical facilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Growth in market share within the assigned territory. Customer satisfaction and retention rates. Effective collaboration with Fluke BioMedical’s internal team
