Channel Marketing Program Manager
Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization

 

As a Channel Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of a team that develops and supports comprehensive marketing programs and promotions targeting our highly valued partner and reseller community. You will be responsible for managing and executing promotions, improving partner sales enablement resources, and overseeing regional partner communications. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various departments and agencies to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and seamless cross-functional teamwork. 

You will work a hybrid schedule out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, US and Canada.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the Honeywell partner loyalty programSupport the compliance and reporting marketing development fund initiativesDevelop and measure promotions, including communicationsPartner with management on annual partner tieringEnhance the Partner Portal and Promo DashboardCollect voice of customer from the partner/channel communityProduce and distribute the Channel Pulse NewsletterOrganize and manage the Monthly Partner Marketing call, including communication and agenda to drive engagementWork closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, and Centers of Excellence (COEs)Coordinate with agencies for creative services, digital marketing, public relations, trade shows, and events

5+ years of marketing experiencePrevious project/program management experienceAbility to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to travel 30% for role
