Department OverviewThe Latin America Channel Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs and tactics across channels in Latin America and the Caribbean to drive demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all regional channel marketing strategies, development programs, and campaigns, including digital, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, account-based, enablement, customer experiences & events, marketing analytics, and channel partner programs.
Job DescriptionDevelop and implement the Brazil channel marketing plan, aligned with sales priorities and encompassing sell-through/sell-out programs, demand generation, and brand building initiatives.Collaborate closely with the Brazil Channel sales team to generate incremental sales pipelines for existing and new products/services.Manage and allocate the territory budget effectively.Leverage demand generation tools, resources, and agencies to execute campaigns and generate reports.Create integrated programs and demand generation campaigns supporting new product launches, co-marketing efforts, upselling/cross-selling, and new market development.Adapt and localize regional marketing content as needed.Design and implement incentive programs for channel partners.Oversee and approve partner use of co-op funds.Develop customer case studies showcasing product portfolio benefits.Plan, execute, and track events (trade shows, conferences, etc.).Support local distributors/partners with marketing programs to drive sales and ROI.Advise other marketing teams (Solutions & Product Marketing, Digital Campaigns Marketing, Lead Management) on Brazil market trends.Analyze legal/regulatory, economic, and environmental factors impacting customer purchasing decisions.Understand the local competitive landscape and position Motorola Solutions effectively.Support Solutions & Product Marketing with local amplification of regional campaigns and major product launches.Manage relationships with local vendors, associations, and conferences.Regularly report field marketing activities and status to the LACR Channel Marketing Head.Communicate key information to senior leadership.Identify and implement best practices across territories by leveraging commonalities in field marketing processes.
Basic RequirementsProven ability to develop and implement comprehensive business and marketing plans, including defining objectives, tactics, timelines, budgets, responsibilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Strong collaborative skills; capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with Motorola leadership, internal teams (especially enterprise sales), and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, remaining highly organized and detail-oriented.Data-driven approach; capable of extracting meaningful insights from complex marketing data to inform decision-making.Marketing degree or equivalent required.Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
