Job PurposeEnhancing operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement; aimed at driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational procedures within Stakeholder Management. By collaborating with various teams, the Enablement Specialist ensures that projects are meticulously tracked and that comprehensive reports are prepared for management review.
Job Responsibilities Drive and ensure development / implementation and review of operational procedures within the Stakeholder Management team. Work with the required teams to track projects and prepare reports / packs for Management. Oversee reporting / planning and implementation of: Service Standards Retentions Customer Experience Customer Journeys Work with Portfolio Managers to assist with effectively tracking opportunities unlocked across stakeholders. Coordinate and track governance deliverables across the Portfolios for Management. Support efficiency and effectiveness in the business and the team: PI Planning for system enhancements Change Management of new initiatives with SME's across cluster Assist Head of Area with coordinating: Team Assessments Training implementation Online assessments Compiling DIVCO and Stakeholder monthly packs Identify performance gaps withing the Stakeholder Management portfolios and suggest ways to close these gaps. Contribute to requirements analysis and report finding with proposed solutions. Process design, development, and implementation. Management information. Drive and assist projects when required.
