Responsibilities
Develop overall project approach for Change Management
Work with the Program Manager to develop the Communication Plan
Assist program manager with all Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor communication
Drive Stakeholder identification.
Develop Leadership and Business Readiness approach and deliverables.
Work closely with Program and Project Managers on leadership activities, alignment, and engagement for key stakeholder groups.
Assist training mgr with the training plan (George we need a training manager too) We have all of our training created using SAP Productivity Pack by the project team.
Identify change/behavior needs among impacted groups
Description of Skills:
MUST HAVE
* Strong communication and facilitation skills required
* Change management background
* Ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
* Strong cross functional experience required
NICE TO HAVE
* Previous experience with implementing a SAP system with success
