Change Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership in defining the approach and deliverables for the Integrated Planning and Trade program Preparing the Change Management Strategy and managing stakeholder communication throughout the project. Ensure oversight of all con-current systems implementations to ensure minimal business disruption and return on business value. Define and execute a Communications Plan to effectively disseminate key messages and align them with the changing business context. Manage the change lead in their delivery of the analysis, design, and development of training and performance support materials. Proactively identify and assess changes to mitigate risk and ensure successful implementation. Implement and manage change governance, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, policies, and procedures. Ensure policy and procedure documentation is up to date and published, adhering to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of changes, including details and outcomes Produce comprehensive reports reflecting change and release management service provision. Continually identify opportunities for process improvements and implement these changes. Own the Service Request Management Process, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence. Verify and validate information for audit readiness and offer insights on audit findings. Support broader change management initiatives across the merchandise landscape.

Qualifications and Experience:

A relevant tertiary qualification. At least 10 years of experience in change management processes and procedures. Prior experience in implementing a large-scale project Complete understanding of Change Management processes and procedures, including knowledge of the TFG’s ADKAR change methodology
