Change Management Lead - Cyber

Job Description

Position Purpose

The Change Management Lead - Cyber will have an expanded role, owning 3 pillars of the cyber strategy execution: change management, by building cyber training and awareness, and will own the entire pillar of the renewed cyber strategy that entails building a cyber fit organization, as well play a pivotal role in data protection and data loss prevention.

Major / Key Accountabilities

Drive a cyber fit culture across the entire estate of Brambles, including both employees and contractors alike.Champion cyber security accountability across the regions and functions, ensuring everyone understands their role in cyber delivery, and takes necessary ownership and action accordingly.Develop and demonstrate cyber domain expertise as a function of the change management aspects of the role, ensuring not only an active change community exists, but also training and awareness with respect to this team is active and healthy.Own the overall success measures and maturity accountability for total company involvement on cyber change management, training & awareness, and data protection.Own the data protection suite of products and solutions (including budget, timelines, vendor management, etc), ensuring deployment, adoption, and delivery of new tools and processes, ensuring risk posture improvement through successful transformation. Given these tools drive and involve major change across the organization, depth of ownership and understanding will be key for success.Act as an ultimate escalation point for any data security issues involving all regions and functions, as needed.Assess the impacts of proposed cyber changes across multiple dimensions including people, processes, systems, culture and organization.Design appropriate change management strategies and plans to reduce resistance, drive adoption and increase benefits realization.Implement the change management approach and plan.Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training.Develop measures and controls to help ensure successful implementation of changes.Assess business readiness for change and coach the business to prepare for change.Coach managers and leaders on their role in delivering change successfully.Coach individuals to help them adapt to change.Conduct quality assurance reviews on in-flight change initiatives to assess change management delivery or diagnose issues.Build change management capability across Brambles.Support continued adoption and improvement of the Brambles Change Framework.

Qualifications

Essential

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fieldBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or other related field

Desirable

Change Management certification or equivalentBehavioural Coaching certification or equivalentProject Management certification or equivalentDomain experience in Cyber Security

Experience

Experience working within a matrix management environment.Experience of applying a bespoke change management framework or methodology.Experience of managing change across a global organisation.Experience in managing change related to Operating Model organisational. changes/organisation redesign, restructuring at a global level.Experience in managing a large scale digital transformation changes/projects in global organisations.Four or more years of relevant change management experience at management level.Four or more years of experience supporting business process/systems changes.Four or more years of experience Global Organizations across different time zones.Advanced planning and organizational experience within fast-paced/dynamic business environments.

Skills and Knowledge

A solid understanding of change management methodologies, tools and techniques and how to apply them effectively.Experience leading cyber training & awareness campaigns, training development, and overall training program management.Experience in cyber data protection, data loss prevention, and data residency.Expertise in how people experience change at an individual level and the journeys that different people go on when experiencing change.Strong stakeholder management skills – can demonstrate evidence of developing and maintaining strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels in an organization.Can facilitate the process of developing a change vision and strategy.Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.Excellent coaching skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Sharepoint and Powerpoint skills.
