We are looking for a Change Management Lead to join our growing team in Remote (US).
Must Haves:
- Change Management Expertise: Proven experience and certification in change management.
- Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership presence and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Excellent skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
The Change Management Lead will:
• Assess the Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Develop a Digital Transformation change management plan based on the established framework and by working closely with senior leaders and other stakeholders across the organization
• Facilitate execution of the plans with different teams within the organization, such as the Digital Transformation Office, Marketing and Communications, Talent, Operations, Technology, Growth Org, etc.
• Track and manage timelines, and report weekly progress related to the Change Management Plans. Escalate challenges and obstacles to success.
• Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications with leadership approval
• Drive and report training efforts: Support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Assess, measure and report on change progress: evaluate, report on progress and adjust plans based upon feedback
• Coach others, such as management on change management
• Manage the overall change portfolio
Skills and qualifications:
• 3+ years specifically leading organizational and large-scale change management initiatives
o Experience with digital transformation, preferred
o Change management certification or designation, preferred
• Leadership presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
