We are seeking a motivated team member to join our team at BU Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Main Responsibilities:

Provides support in change management (CR/CN), new part setup, CAD data transfer, EBOM/MBOM creation, and maintenance Supports engineering, manufacturing, program management, and other functions to follow best practices in configuration management Responsible for the development of the initial EBOM/BOM Processes EBOM and updates status for allnew parts in the EBOM Creates parts and provides initial EBOM support upon request from the manufacturing engineer (CR/CN) Establishes the initial MBOM inthe KAD (ERP) system Maintains MBOM, including plant/service requests Implements CM2 concepts/methodologies to improve data integrity and quality Supports engineering and manufacturing teams during production and post-sales phases Utilizes IF PLM/TFE tools for all data transfer activities to enhance efficiency, integrity, and data quality Collaborates with other departments to identify potential blockers that could delay delivery Identifies potential issuesin a timely manner, gathers and reviews information appropriately Maintainsdaily communication with team members Develops strong interpersonal networkswithin the organization Prioritizes and plans work activities effectively Organizes personal and project timelines, tracks project milestones, and utilizes time efficiently Adapts quickly to changes in the work environment, managescompeting demands, and handles frequent interruptions, delays, or unexpected events Identifies critical product issues and reports them to the supervisor promptly

Special Requirements:

Level 6 or 7 qualification inMechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
