Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a Change Management Consultant for a 2-year contract located in Toronto. This position is on a hybrid model. This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Management Consultant with a financial services background
As a Change Management Consultant your duties will include but not be limited to:
Actively accountable for advancing the skills and knowledge on the end to end optimization processes, methodologies and procedures in support of Finance Modernization
Identifying the effects and hazards of change, as well as maintaining a risk register for general optimization initiatives
Leading and collaborating in the communication for employee engagement and culture, responsible for the design, implementation of integrated actions that will influence the mindset and behavior changes in support of overall organizational performance
Providing expert level thought leadership on learning experiences and best practices to influence leaders on the value of process changes
Qualifications required for the Change Management Consultant include:
5+ years' experience with business writing, presentation development and communications in Change Management
Strong experience writing for a number of different mediums including web, print, and marketing communications
Proficient in MS Office suite
Experience supporting senior management teams
