Job Description
As a CLC Analyst, you will lead and deliver Organizational Change Management, Learning and Training, and Communications support for IT projects. Reporting to the CLC Senior Manager, you will drive change initiatives, foster employee engagement, and promote continuous learning and development. This is a contractor role that reports to Change, Learning and Communications (CLC), Senior Manager and is based out of our Mississauga office location. WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;
Change Management:
+ Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
+ Execute OCM plans and deliverables.
+ Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Support leadership and teams through change processes.
+ Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
Learning and Development:
+ Design and deliver learning programs aligned with project goals.
+ Identify training needs and gaps.
+ Collaborate with experts to develop training content.
+ Facilitate workshops and seminars.
Communications:
+ Develop and implement internal communication strategies.
+ Create engaging content for various channels.
+ Coordinate communication events like town hall meetings.
+ Monitor feedback to improve communication effectiveness.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;
+ 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Corporate Communications, Learning & Development.
+ Proven track record in managing change initiatives in a global organization.
+ Extensive experience in developing and implementing communication strategies at a senior level.
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
+ Strong presentation skills to senior management.
+ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
+ Ability to evaluate risks, consider alternatives, and make informed decisions.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
+ Familiarity with communication tools and platforms.
+ Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
+ Fluency in French is a plus.
WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;
+ 5% business travel slated within North America.
