Change and Training Manager
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Change and Training Manager in the Financial Services industry based in New York. The role involves managing the strategy and delivery of change management communications and training programs. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies for change management and training, ensuring alignment with global operational effectiveness program goals • Drive the adoption of new ideas and influence change effectively across various levels of the organization • Utilize change management methods, such as PROSCI ADKAR, to manage end-to-end change adoption and cultural alignment of transformation priorities • Leverage communication and training skills to facilitate software development transformation • Oversee the strategy and delivery of change management communications, ensuring that all messaging is clear and consistent • Regularly review and update training materials and programs to reflect changes in operational effectiveness strategies • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of change and training operations • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Requirements • Proficiency in communication, both oral and written, to effectively coordinate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders. • Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs tailored to diverse audiences. • Familiarity with various training methods, including in-person sessions, e-learning, and workshops. • Proven experience in change management, preferably within the financial services industry. • Knowledge of software development processes, including agile methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness. • Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management models, with the ability to apply these in a variety of organizational contexts.
