As part of People Shared Services which provides excellent service and employee experience for over 35,000 employees, the Change and Communications Consultant’s primary responsibility is to, plan, execute and evaluate the Change and Communication Plans for various HR projects and initiatives. In addition to this, when needed, support initiatives, including, but not limited to, employee engagement and talent management etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective and collaborative briefings with project leads and business stakeholders Compile and implement internal employee change and communication plans related to various HR initiatives and projects, according to our structured change management methodology Prepare communication drafts e.g. Emails, User Guides and FAQ’s, tailored to the various stakeholder groups Ensure content delivered/produced meets quality standards Adhere to defined operating procedures Manage timelines with stakeholders to ensure communication is delivered per agreed timelines Ensure the correct processes, operational execution and communication platforms are utilized, for the relevant stakeholder groups. Manage employee engagement and other initiatives to ensure effective implementation Support and implement business processes, by interpreting and applying relevant policies and associated processesQualifications and Experience:
Degree or equivalent Working understanding of HR operations 5 - 7 years working experience within an HR environment 1 - 3 years' experience working in a project delivery context advantageous Change Management methodology course or accreditation (e.g. ADKAR) advantageous 2 - 3 years change and communication management experience advantageous Experience working with leaders/stakeholders at all levels in an organisation Experience in project planning Process facilitation experienceSkills:
