Key Responsibilities:
Sharing innovative ideas and unique perspectives that can enhance our training interventions Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive approach to tasks Conduct Company specific systems, application and product training One on one learner interactions Coaching and reinforcement of theory and practical training. Managing all administration and training records Providing key data and metrics for monthly training reports for Change Leads Ensure training delivery aligned to business objectives Planning and managing workload in a flexible manner to meet deadlines To ensure that company and department policies, procedures and compliance aspects are adhered to during training.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources - Learning and Development A Keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources - Learning and Development
Skills:
Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping and reporting Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word Able to leverage new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving and support business growth Strong communication abilities to facilitate learning and test for understanding Natural leadership skills Demonstrates a strong work ethic Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
