Position Overview:

Our client, a dynamic organization in the transportation industry, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and operations with a deep understanding of Dynamics NAV and QuickBooks. As CFO, you will lead financial strategy, optimize financial systems, and provide crucial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the financial strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial statements and accounting records.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to maintain financial stability.
* Analyze financial performance, key metrics, and industry trends to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
* Develop and implement internal controls and processes to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
* Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
* Manage external audits and relationships with financial institutions, stakeholders, and tax authorities.
* Utilize Dynamics NAV and QuickBooks to streamline financial operations and reporting processes.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and reporting tools, focusing on automation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
* Strong proficiency in Dynamics NAV and QuickBooks.
* Extensive knowledge of financial management, including accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
* Ability to create and implement strategic financial plans.
* Experience in managing corporate finance and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

On-Site

Salary: $110,000+ based on experience
