As\nthe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Honeywell Thermal Solutions business\nunit, you will hold a critical leadership position, responsible for developing\nand executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive the growth of the\nbusiness. In this role, you will partner closely with the Business President\nand senior executives to identify opportunities for business expansion and\noptimize operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial analysis and\nforecasting will be instrumental in developing strategies that align with the\noverall business objectives and drive revenue growth. You will play a key role\nin driving the financial success of the organization and ensuring long-term\nprofitability.
You\nwill report directly to the CFO of the Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions\ndivision and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work\nschedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies to drive business\ngrowth
• Partnering closely with the Business President and senior executives to\nidentify opportunities for business expansion
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting to drive revenue growth and\noptimize operational efficiency
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business\nplans aligned with overall business objectives
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to track business\nperformance and identify areas for improvement
• Providing insights and recommendations to drive long-term profitability and\nmitigate financial risks
• Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,\nincluding senior leadership
• Preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to\nsenior executives and the board of directors
• Driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial\nregulations, and optimizing resource allocation.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies to drive business\ngrowth
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis software
• Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
