POSITION:
We are seeking CONFIDENT and ENERGETIC certified Pilates Instructors to join our Club Pilates family at our Aurora, Belmar, Central Park, Greenwood Village, Ken Caryl, Lone Tree and Southlands studios. The ideal candidate will be POSITIVE and ENTHUSIASTIC, and have a passion for Pilates, and for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. If you are a professional Pilates instructor who is energetic, FRIENDLY, willing to learn, build relationships with potential and existing clients, lead dynamic and contemporary, apparatus focused workout routines (we use Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre and more), you’ll be a great addition to our team! We are looking for instructors with confidence in working with all level of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner. Club Pilates offers blocked scheduling and shifts, the ability to teach multiple level classes, continuing education, employee status (not independent contractor), room for growth and a supportive & fun environment!
REQUIREMENTS:
Current Pilates certification (full apparatus Pilates Certification) Experience teaching group classes Ability to demonstrate effective group Pilates instruction Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises Punctual, reliable and dedicated Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment Focus on EXCEPTIONAL customer service and member experience, including professional and effective communication skills Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever-changing fast-paced diverse environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards
Provide a safe and effective workout for up to 12 members per class, while using a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, Bosu Ball, Magic Circle, etc.
Prepare creative class flows that are challenging and level appropriate
Uphold our core values to ensure a positive studio culture that is inclusive and encouraging
Conduct private sessions, semi-private sessions, workshops, private events, and other additional sessions as needed
Inspect the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment
Assist with membership sales and checking clients in
Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio
Build studio revenue by promoting retail, membership sales, events, and services by delivering the “Message of the Week” after every class
Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote our motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
