Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home and on-site personal training sessions, focusing on adaptive fitness for clients with various abilities and goals Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client’s specific needs and preferences Ensure client safety, provide ongoing motivation, and offer support throughout their fitness journey Educate clients about proper exercise techniques, adaptive fitness strategies, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results Conduct reassessments to adjust programs as needed Drive to and from client training sessions Maintain appointments and schedules in the app Attend monthly team meetings Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) CPR/AED certification Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and adaptive fitness techniques Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Company Overview: GYMGUYZ is the #1 in-home personal training provider, leading the industry in location-based fitness.
