Full-Time

Mon-Fri Overnight

***Key responsibilities***

Participate in treatment planning with the team and clientEngage clients in a collaborative and caring relationship, using interpersonal skills, knowledge about recovery, and a trauma-informed approachProvide support to clients through validation, exploration, and pursuit of community roles, and convey hope and celebrate efforts and accomplishmentsShare personal recovery experiences and practices to inspire and support clientsAssist clients in identifying their strengths and personal resources to aid in their recoveryDevelop, maintain, and provide information about community resources and servicesAccompany clients to community activities and attend relevant events

***Qualifications***
