Job Description: We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Absolut Center. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting their well-being and independence. Responsibilities: · Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. · Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, promoting their dignity and independence. · Assist with feeding and hydration as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents. · Take and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. · Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely and comfortably. · Observe residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff. · Maintain a clean and orderly environment in resident rooms and common areas. · Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in meaningful interactions and activities. · Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure resident safety and well-being. Requirements: + Must hold a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state licensing board. + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Proven experience working as a CNA in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members. + Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others. + Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. + Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
