Prairie Ridge Health is looking for two team members to join our team in the role of Certified Nurse Midwife. This position is a 0.6-1.0 FTE (24-40 hours per week).  POSITION SUMMARY The Midwife, under supervision of the Director of Clinic Operations and Collaborating/Supervising Physician(s), provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. The Midwife will work collaboratively with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe care for expectant mothers and their babies.  EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION + Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) with valid state licensure.  + Bachelor's or master's degree in Midwifery, Nursing, or a related field.  + 3 years clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and maternal health. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide emotional support and guidance.  + Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions.  + Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.  FTE: 0.6-1.0 FTE (24-40 hours per week) Powered by JazzHR
