Job Description Summary:
Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). Coordinates care with other disciplines. This position serves adult, geriatric and pediatric populations.Location: Conrad, Montana

Training Program Structure: Full-Time (3 Weeks)
Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN (scheduled as needed)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities like mobility, hygiene, and meal support.
Take and document vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the RN/LPN.
Help maintain a clean, safe care environment by restocking supplies and supporting equipment upkeep.
Work with a compassionate team, supporting patient privacy and exceptional service.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older to apply
Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn.
