Job Description

Under the supervision of the Clinical Manager / Operations manager, care of the patient before, during, and after office visit. Assist providers and other staff with office duties. Answer phones. Call in refills as directed. Assist wherever needed as directed by supervisor. May be responsible for 1-2 physicians office routine. As with all Lutheran Health Physicians positions, to always promote, through actions and attitudes, the highest level of customer care and service.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Certification/Registration as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA,) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), preferred. Basic Life Support Certification

Experience: 

1-2 years of experience in office preferred but not required.

Education:

Maintain registration/certification/licensure, if applicable.
