Position Details: We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our center in Santa Monica, CA. This is a 5 days, 40 hours/week role (no nights, no weekends)

As a Certified Medical Assistant , you will support our team of physicians and nurses in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction: Greet patients, obtain medical history and vital signs, and record information in electronic health records.Clinical Support: Prepare infusion suites, assist with exams and procedures, administer medications and injections, and perform phlebotomy.Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, assist with patient check-out, and handle front office tasks such as answering phones and scheduling.Patient Education: Communicate with patients and their families about health education and follow-up care.Qualifications
Certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (Required), BLS Certification (Required).Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Assistant, 1 year experience with vital signs, and 2 years of recent experience with EMR/EHR systems.Skills: Experience with insurance benefits investigation and authorizations, exceptional customer service, and phone etiquette.
