Medical Assistant Job Description + The Medical Assistant will assist providers with patient appointments in a surgical physician's clinic. + Responsibilities include taking patient vitals and entering medical history + Cleaning and stocking exam rooms, and preparing patient charts for providers on clinic days. + Medical assistants are also responsible for scanning all patient documents to charts, scheduling radiology testing, and obtaining all necessary records and films for providers to review at appointments. + The Medical Assistant must be open to travel to Lee Summit or Independence.
