Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) to join our team in Upper Sandusky. This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patient comfort and safety, while adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Assist healthcare professionals in administering medications and treatments. Facilitate patient mobility and ensure proper positioning and transferring of patients. Maintain a sterile and safe environment by following strict infection control protocols. Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during treatment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Education in physical sciences and/or laboratory techniques is preferred. Experience in dialysis is preferred. Experience in reprocessing, equipment repair, and maintenance is desirable. Completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis or appropriate state licensure is required. Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance if travel by car is necessary. Basic computer skills are desirable.
