Job DescriptionAssisting the Central Systems Team on standard Rate Loading processes such as Retail Rate product, Partner Promotion Loading (PLP), Group, Corporate and GDS Rate Distribution.Auditing and validating rate loading configuration in Opera Reservation System (ORS).Assisting Hotel users on distribute add-on items, marketing messages to Brand website booking engine.First level support for profile maintenance on Opera Customer Information System (OCIS).
