The Central Staffing Supervisor is responsible for supervising float pool and Patient Care Inventory Specialists (PCIS). Responsible for staff development, performance management, payroll, and scheduling. Provide Support for all clinical nursing departments on electronic schedule system. Create visibility/transparency regarding all resources in house. Consults with Nursing leadership regarding workload analysis, staffing plans and optimal schedule builds including complex schedule options and rotations to meet the workload needs. Full-time day shift Minimum Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum Requirement: 2+ years of relevant experience. Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Basic Life Support (BLS) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to develop self and others Builds and maintains excellent relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
