rehabilitation locations on all front office operations Focuses on process improvements to minimize the risk of denialslost revenue and acts as a support and mentor to all per diem PSRs Lead PSRs and Central PSRsThis role requires an understanding of Rehab procedures and patient history requirements for Rehab proceduresResponsibilitiesProvides training to new employees or for new tasks to existing employees serves as resource to colleagues on issuesquestions and provides guidance coaches for improved performance by providing appropriate feedback maintains a positive environment Provides coaching and training to Patient Service Representative staff Central PSRs Lead PSRs on workflowsprocesses as appropriatenecessary Provides feedback on PSR performance to rehab supervisorsTracks documentation and billing for regulatory compliance by review of work in EPIC Provides education to PSRs and clinical staff as needed to ensure complianceMonitorsworks claim edit work ques billing work ques to minimize denials and lost revenue Collaborates with other departments Rev Cycle etc to determine trends and opportunities Provides education to clinical staff as appropriateResponsible for meeting with each new PSR hire for hour at the beginning and end of onboarding to review expectations and support if new hire has any questions on resourcesWork where every moment mattersEvery day
