Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Hours 7am – 3pm· Investigations daily to locate delivery information· Accurate entry & reporting of data· Liaise with drivers and agent vendors for delivery information· Cross reference agent paperwork / logs· Providing tracking explanations to internal enquires via email· Customer service contact providing tracking explanations to customers· Complete address change information for packages when required· Monitor cargo for timely tracking updates to prevent service failures· Daily creation of driver’s manifests· Other daily tasks as specified by Operations ManagementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
· Ability to analyse information to see the whole picture.· Excellent attention to detail· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications· Capacity to repeat daily tasks with attention to detail everyday · Strong organizational and time management skills· Must be reliable & flexible to changes.· Customer service experience Customer Focus· Previous experience in an operational environment
