Cement Plant Administrator (admin/clerical level)

**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Process weekly hourly payroll and related processes.
+ Assist management with changes and ensure timely signoffs.
+ Assist with entry and management of requisitions for hourly positions in our recruiting system.
+ Assist employees with submitting questions to Employee Services.
+ Process employee changes for hourly production employees.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Prior experience supporting an HR function strongly preferred.
+ Strong computer skills. Must be adept at Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with timekeeping (Kronos) and HRIS (Workday) systems preferred.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Professional demeanor to include management of confidential information.
**Work Environment**
This role operates primarily in an office environment; however, there will be some requirements to post information in the Plant.
