The Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business (CEMB) Student Enrichment Coordinator provides student programming and activities outside of the classroom for students to develop as leaders, make professional connections, and supplement the learning experience. The Coordinator will also work closely and collaboratively with other industry-facing departments and colleagues across campus to ensure alignment across each of these functions. Coordinator supervises and guides CEMB student leadership and organizations.

Supervise and guide student leadership teams:

Hire and supervise a team of student leadership to implement events/activities for the CEMB student bodyCoordinate and advise leadership retreats and regular meetings with student leadersServe as the liaison for students between faculty, staff, and the campus at large for student enrichment programs.

Coordinate seminars and workshops:

Provide oversight to the seminar/workshop experience each semesterManage administrative logistics for seminars and serve as the main contact for faculty and staff to assist with seminars. Manage the communication with industry guests serving as panelists, lecturers, etc.
Provide leadership and support to CEMB Student enrichment programming:Develop orientation and information sessions for CEMB student enrichment organizations. Maintain records for student leaders event and student group travel. Train students and organization advisors on university student policies. Assist Dean's office with leadership on student programming within CEMB.

Develop new initiatives and special programs for CEMB students:

Create new leadership development opportunitiesDevelop additional student enrichment / experiential learning opportunities

Manage the CEMB student enrichment communications through scheduled emails, social media, etc. Communicate special and timely student opportunities and assist in creating awareness of student success stories. Plan and participate in New Student/transfer mix and meets, Bruin Link and Be Belmont Day Fairs.
