As a Lab Assistant your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Answering questions about ProTools and other softwareHelping students follow workflowsTroubleshooting technical issues (this includes both software and hardware)Reporting issues to IT and FacilitiesAssisting Faculty with any needs within the labsEnforcing building policies

Working Conditions: Continuously walking around the lab and bending over to see computer screens will be necessary. Rolling chairs are provided and you are not expected to stand for your entire shift.
