This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Global Technical Center- Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum.
THE ROLE
The Cadillac CELESTIQ is set to wow the world, showcase the brand and its capabilities, and offer a highly exclusive experience for the global ultra-lux market. This role is the crucial point to identify and bring together all the processes, materials, and resources necessary to launch and support the CELESTIQ. You will function as an integral member on the Cadillac team to drive integration across all sales, marketing, design, and engineering initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Cadillac House, Design, Engineering and Program Management teams to bring each unique vehicle to realization.
As the Cadillac CELESTIQ Assistant Product Marketing Manager, you will focus on strategies and initiatives aimed at generating awareness and driving leads among ultra lux clientele. It’s a highly creative and innovative role, where you’ll be able to work with your team to identify strategic partnerships, moments and events to reach new potential clients. You will manage ensuring customer experiences live up to the Cadillac brand promise and the exceptional attributes of the vehicles themselves. This position will heavily rely on a deep passion for the customer journey, a consumer-first mindset and a comprehensive understanding of how marketing channels can support an ultra-lux product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and lead the annual CELESTIQ marketing plan and manage budgetUse research to develop a deep understand of the CELESTIQ target client and competitor productsProvide strategic and creative direction on structuring content and experiences that best penetrate the ultra-lux market Strategize and execute key CELESTIQ events and partnerships to reach new clients and generate leadsLead and enable all the workstreams necessary as part of the solution-set to sell, distribute and support CELESTIQ vehiclesIdentify and lead innovative strategies to elevate the Cadillac client experience and in turn the brandLead the mapping of key internal processes that best leverage existing infrastructure and resourcesMonitor and track progress on marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with teams across PDM, social, website and our agency partnersManage cross functional teams to establish timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of projectsWork with Corporate CX and GMIT to develop CELESTIQ tools (vehicle app, Visualizer, Care Center, etc.)Foster strong partner relationships and hold weekly status meeting with design, engineering, comms, social, web, etc.REQUIREMENTS
