Job Description

We're hiring a CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation design-build projects throughout the Jacksonville, Florida area.

Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projectsDirecting and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction projectProgress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project durationCommunicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problemsDirecting and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction projectProgress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project durationUnder limited supervision, conducts work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteriaIs fully competent in most aspects of the jobWorks on projects of substantial complexityMay assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or educationValid US Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records reviewProfessional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Floridaor the ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another stateDue to the nature of the projects associated with this position a valid US citizenship is required 

Preferred Requirements:  

FDOT Advanced MOTCTQP Final Estimates Level IICTQP Quality Control Manager
