What is the opportunity?

You will be working on cross-product onboarding with a primary focus on US as well as support of other regions as required.

What will you do?

Member of a global Client Experience Group responsible for the onboarding of clients primarily focused on onboarding requests from US into all RBC locations.Manage client lifecycle projects across the regional functional teams (KYC, AML, Legal, Operations, IT, Credit, Trading and Regulatory Docs, Risk Management, System set up) to ensure smooth and efficient experience for the client and Sales.Facilitation and reporting of the onboarding progress to business stakeholders, providing transparency and improved client service.  Escalating as required.Proactively identify operational risk/control deficiencies, risk loss events in the business accordinglyKeep desktop procedures up to date and refreshed as process changes are made and reviewed as a whole on a minimum of annual basis. Ensure compliance with Firm Policies applicable to activities e.g.  Global client onboarding procedures, KYC/AML etc. Other business support as directed by reporting manager (e.g. strategic or regulatory initiatives, projects, documentation of policy/procedures and reporting/metrics)Oversee all submission of requests into Fenergo and liaise with downstream teams in order to manage required approvals (KYC, Credit, Trading Docs, Account Management)Oversee Business Head Support and submit required information to obtain new/increase Credit facilities.Ensure Regulatory documentation is collected, reviewed and stored for downstream reporting purposes.Review new/existing trading agreements to ensure legal documentation is present and covers product execution.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and automate processes.

What you need to succeed?

Strong understanding of Capital Markets products specifically – FX, Rates Derivatives, Commodities and also Futures, Cash Equities, Global Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income.  Fenergo experience essential in this role.3+ years onboarding experience required.Experienced in Project Management and coordination.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills (macros, look-ups etc) and PowerPoint skills.US Regulatory knowledge for derivative products required.Basic KYC/AML knowledge.ISDA knowledge required.System knowledge preferred – CCMS, TDS, CDR, FORTRESS, MARKIT,ESIGN

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is USD 85,000 - 130,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
