How will you make an impact in this role?

Benefit Operations team works to deliver the benefits to full time colleagues in Philippines market which include both company sponsored & statutory benefits. There is extensive partnership required with 3rd party service providers and internal stakeholders. Which incudes from vendor onboarding, operational governance, contracting and necessary compliances. Role requires minimum supervision and team members independently manages their workstream.

The person in this role is responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdue with accounts that have a high exposure.

Job responsibilities:

Manage colleague servicing, operations & administration for all the benefit plans in the Philippines market.
Regular interactions with Payroll Operations, Benefit vendors, Payroll Vendors, Market Colleague Partners, CLR, Controllership Teams and other internal & external stakeholders in the process
Regular visits and maintain continuous channel of communications with regulators office – Social Security, HDMF & Phil Health
Keep track of the all the regulatory filings and timely response to letters / notices from the regulators.
Support vendor invoice settlements with 100% accuracy & timeliness
Independently manage employee benefits plans like emergency loans and keep track of all the ongoing cases for complete accuracy
Timely reporting of benefit Metrics and Data Reporting to leadership 
Timely escalation of matters requiring leadership intervention
Collaborate with Payroll operations and other key stakeholders, analyzing and resolving Benefit related critical issues to ensure seamless service delivery  
Problem solving skill is key to ensure seamless accomplishment of day-to-day deliverables
Active participation in process improvement Initiatives and providing periodic status updates to Leadership Team
Managing the queries resolution process from various stakeholders
Support end to end operations for market benefits
Focus on driving efficiencies to eliminate waste in the process
Investigation and resolution of the issues and challenges being faced by colleagues and other stakeholders. 
Identify and analyse operational issues and opportunities and produce effective solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience into the HR operations, strong knowledge & background of the Philippines government programs, social security process, retirement plan administration, insurance along with colleague servicing
Strong background of process controls and market compliances
Knowledge of the MS Office, Salesforce, mailbox management  
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong team player and Ability to challenge status quo and keen enthusiast for continuous improvement
Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
Result orientation and ability to work Independently.
Problem solving, analytical, conflict resolution and facilitation Skills 
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships 

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
