**Waste** **Connections of Arkansas** is looking for a **Route Driver** to join the team at our hauling company in **Ash Flat** **, AR** **.** Your primary duties will be operating a rear-load garbage truck on a specific route picking up garbage and delivering to the appropriate transfer stations or landfills. This position is very physical and requires you to work outside in all weather conditions. + Typical schedule is Monday-Friday working 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., working 50-55 hours a week. + **Starting pay is $19 per hour.** + We offer family benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, vacation and year round OT.
