CDI - Junior Global Learning Manager - (H/F)

Danone Academy global team is looking for a Junior Learning Manager to support the team in building learning solutions for Danone functions, co-design and support in the delivery of transversal and/or dedicated programs, and support learning projects with analytics and data, in collaboration with the Danone learning community.

Direct Reporting Line: Global Learning & Devevelopment Director

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Support in building a learning portfolio and design of transversal programs or dedicated programs:

1. Based on the learning strategy, co-building the learning portfolio per personas with the support of learning managers to acculturate and upskill the Danoners with the skills of the future to meet the challenges of tomorrow

2. Partnering with the HR Digital and IT & Data team in delivering the best quality learning solutions and project outcomes

3. Supporting the design or curation of transversal or functional skills programs to contribute to the Danone Academy portfolio. This includes, among the others:

o Collaboration with experts to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools, including various formats of learning solutions

o Curation of external learning solutions

o Collaboration with external learning providers and assistance in contract management

o Ensuring that the impact of learning solutions is proposed for measurement and, where appropriate, providing learning and action plans to close gaps with your stakeholders

o Providing reporting and analytics behind learning programs, consolidating learners’ feedback, to build recommendations for continuous improvement of the learning offer

o Operational support of the Danone Academy team (preparing documentation, presentations, data collection)

 

Collaborate with local teams for the implementation in the overall learning agenda locally:

1. Sharing the overall transversal upskilling plan and ensuring its full integration into local learning priorities

2. Supporting Danone Academy in ensuring seamless deployment of the common learning solutions, among others:

o Setting deployment goals and developing a deployment approach

o Liaising with local learning teams to ensure proper handover and deployment of global programs

o Monitoring deployment status & developing proper ways to assess the impact of the learning solutions

o Supporting in driving engagement by actively animating the Learning community and community(ies) fully dedicated to a topic (e.g., AI)

o Promoting and recommending best practices, new trends and learning innovation

 

Lead the digital learning journey on the LXP platform and lead the tracking of learning in the LMS

1. To lead LMS output processes learning tracking, evaluation reporting – preparation of reports and dashboards for decision making.

2. Ensure seamless learning journeys in the LXP platform and all our learning journeys.

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

 

About You:

· At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development area and/or Talent

· You have strong digital and analytical skills, and you are fluent in tools like Excel and Powerpoint (Power BI is a plus)

· You have well developed organizational and project management skills

· You have strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

· You can build effective relationships with stakeholders in complex, matrix, multicultural environment

· You are curious and have a strong willingness to learn new skills.

· You are fluent in English.
