Candidates will join the PMO Service Business Control Team, responsible for maintaining Nokia Americas' Change Management framework to ensure proactive project progress analysis and control.
The role emphasizes delivering comprehensive financial visibility for all change management activities.
Key stakeholders include the Project Team overseeing deployment activities, the CR Team, the Project Management Office, and the Process and Tools Team.

Change Management Process
Collaborate with Project Management Office to localize and maintain the project change management process. Implement and manage the Change Request modules in Nokia financial and project tools.Change Request Creation & Maintenance
Create Change Requests based on Pre-Con Walk reports or Supplier-submitted forms. Ensure accurate classification, documentation, and compliance with LOA approvals. Authorize, trigger, and accept Change Requests in Nokia tools per project approvals. Manage Purchase Order and Invoicing processes related to Change Requests.Tracking & Reporting
Maintain and manage the Change Request backlog, ensuring timely resolution. Prepare and present Change Request status updates for Operations and Business Review Meetings (ORM/BRM). Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) and Change Control Team (CCT) meetings.Quality Control & Escalations
Monitor Supplier Change Request quality and escalate issues to Vendor Management as needed. Audit Change Requests for accurate liability assignments and categorizations. Address missing approvals, documentation, and quotes with PMs and Suppliers.Process Improvement
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements or training. Ensure Change Requests progress through defined workflows with timely stakeholder engagement.
