CCM: Servicing Sales Support Consultant (10081)

Description of the role 
We are looking for a sales consultant to grow and retain our Investec for Intermediary business in Gauteng.  This individual will proactively position and market IFI multiproduct value proposition This person will be part of the Gauteng team to support and bridge the gap between the CCM Servicing team and the External Sales team by being pro-actively involved in the facilitation, administration and implementation, of business needs. All underpinned by service excellence to clients at all touch points

•    Relevant Tertiary Degree 
•    2 - 3 years relevant experience 
•    Strong analytical skills

•    Good understanding of the CCM Business
•    In-depth knowledge and understanding of the functioning of cash investment products
•    Problem solving ability to drive efficiencies within Intermediary businesses
•    Outstanding communication skills (Bilingual advantageous)
•    Able to provide high quality service
•    Strong relationship building skills 
•    Driven to meet deadlines and efficient in turnaround times 
•    Strong relationship building ability

The Result
Building and holding relationships with the senior administrators at key Intermediary Firms. This would include:
-    Attending to general enquiries and offering assistance to administrators
-    Ad hoc training of new intermediary users
-    Refresher training for administrators
-    Liaising with administrators regarding regulatory updates and new deployments
-    Regular check ins and support with administrators 
-    Creating efficiencies for the administrators to work smartly through review of their platform and usage of the system (eg. Driving deletion of beneficiaries, use of Dashboard, etc.)
-    Providing guidance on annual review and remediation projects, with regular tracking of progress and interactions with Sales consultants to ensure all parties are updated and informed of current progress and status
-    Updating and tracking of Birthday and life event check ins and support (relationship building)
-    Compliance and Regulation: liaising with Compliance for a collective response and arranging meetings and presentations with key firms if requested
-    Assistance with system Demo's for new firms if required
-    Looking for new opportunities for ECs in terms of intermediary needs, eg. forex, SP, Life, etc. through relationships held with key administrators in key financial firms 
-    Assist with the CCM relationship with partners and administrators of smaller, less active intermediaries. Having conversations with these firms regarding minimum balances and requirements and where required drive the termination and closure of intermediary profiles
-    The role is constantly evolving and the individual will be required to continually be looking for ways in which to improve our service offering, client relationships and easing the EC load

Partnering with CCM Servicing consultants and assisting with administrative functions when the team experience capacity constraints, which tasks include, but may not be limited to:

-    First point of contact for any administrative/technical/process/system related queries with a view of first call resolution
-    MUA management
-    Building relationships with clients and administrators
-    Telephonically hand holding intermediaries through queries and processes with a strong understanding of the CCM system
-    Facilitating the guarantee process in partnership with the national guarantee team
-    Updating client information on CRM/RADR and Shared drive as well as internal procedures
-    Managing and taking ownership of the annual review process by assisting with queries and follow ups to meet national deadlines 
-    Working closely with the AML (Anti Money Laundering) team with regards to daily requests for their investigations and liaising with clients to obtain relevant information when necessary
-    Building relationship and liaising with the Operations team on any complex queries
-    Processing forex deals and liaising closely with the forex team with regards to requirements and progress of a forex transaction

Partnering with the External Consultant:
-    Building strong relationships with the EC's in order to deliver to the client
-    Keeping EC's informed on resolution as well as progress of queries
-    Partnering with EC on specific and more complex queries for a resolution and then implementing the resolution
