Are you living your life's work? The CCA Consultant – Business Development will lead high-end and complex projects for the Business Development and PMMG Leadership teams. The incumbent will provide expert guidance during strategic planning, support potential practice acquisitions, complete complex analysis, execute, and communicate with an executive audience. **ACCOUNTABLITIES:** · Assist in the analysis and potential acquisition of independent Cardiology Practices. · Communicate directly with independent physician groups regarding potential alignment. · Provide data and program analysis on independent practices in the Penn community. · Align with Business Development and PMMG leadership on potential practice acquisition or alignment. · Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures. · Other responsibilities related to strategy or execution of Business Development, as needed/agreed. · Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization. **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:** · Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree preferred. · 10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years' experience in practice/business development.
