Our Clean Mobility Division is looking for a CBU Controller, Stellantis for its location in Auburn Hills, MI. The Division CBU Controller is in charge of the CBU financials and is the interface between Finance and CBU team ensuring a reliable program profitability information through leading the Strategic Plan, Budget-P, Forecast, Actual-P and Squeeze by CBU process. 

 

Manage the assigned Program ControllerEnsure all financial related procedures & tools are implementedDevelop, execute & control internal finance procedures in accordance w/Group policyEnsure site activities are compliant w/ Faurecia Finance related procedures & 11 internal control basicsEnsure consistency & standardization of controlling processes with BG/divisionYour mission, roles and responsibilities Provide reliable financial/controlling information to Management; Manage Acquisition, Development and Serial Programs at CBU level; Lead all forecasting processes (strategic plan, budget, periodic forecast) Validate the VAVE figures provided by the VAVE Director & ensure the correct reporting for Actual & Forecast Manage CBU reporting process (P&L, P&L R&D, Squeeze, Overdue, LTC) ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency & delay complianceReview/validate with Plants the Programs margin. Challenge Actual-P accuracy w/ Regional Operational Controllers & Plants generating a continuous improvement processProvide all necessary consolidated controlling analysis including variance analysis, CBU budgetary control, projects and programs monitoringLead the Tooling Asset Control & conciliation by CBU:spend budged control, billing, IC flows definition and Balance sheet control. Define tooling margin & write off tooling if neededControl and manage the site’s operating cash flow by CBU (capex, assets, overdue)Your profile and competencies to succeed Act as a business partner w/ Engineering & CBU community; provide recommendation to the managementSupport the improvements of the CBU business modelPropose to Management action plans resulting from relevant analysis in order to achieve the operational target

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
