We are looking for a talented Cath Lab IR Tech III to join our team here at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Job Summary:
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBLITIES FOR THIS LEVEL:
Performs in unit charge role; coaches new charge members.Coacher Cath Lab team member on technical aspects of the department to include competencies, percepts and presentations to various audiences.Leads in the development of Performance Improvement, or Evidence Based Practice, or research at the unit level.As a team member at UMMC, you’ll experience:

QualificationsEducation and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.BLS and ACLS certification are required.Certification from the ARRT as an RT(R)(CV), RT(R)(CI) or RT(R)(VI) and licensure by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Diagnostic Radiologic TechnologistOR
Certification from the CIC for RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) is required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR THIS LEVEL:
Recent applicable clinical experience in a comparable setting.Maintenance of 20 contact hours of education every year.Member of a professional organization.Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
Compensation
