This opportunity on the Category Management team provides participants with hands-on experience in supporting cross-functional teams to develop and refine products for test and launch. Interns will collaborate with Culinary Development and Consumer Insights teams to ensure product concepts align with brand strategies and customer needs. This experience will equip you with the skills to contribute to category management strategies, fostering creative thinking and strategic decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support cross-functional stage gate teams & processes
Support culinary development teams to refine concepts and develop products for test/launch
Collaborate with Consumer Insights to test product concepts
Learn category management strategies that align with brand objectives and customer needs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Management, Marketing, or other related programs of study)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES:
Creative thinker and problem-solver
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to make recommendations and decisions in a timely manner
