Category Execution Executive - Ops/Promo - Project Based for 6 to 12 months MAIN JOB PURPOSE:  Main role is to work on a specified Business Unit (BU)/Category /Categories to execute the growth strategy of that specified BU/Category/Categories      JOB SUMMARY:  + Leads the execution of all activities pertaining to category product changes, placement & visibility, shelf standard and promotions + Closely work with cross functional teams – Procurement, Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), QA, R&D, Brand Marketing, and Market Collaboration & Planning (MCP) teams to ensure that the category growth initiatives are landed on time  + Manages the category budget to ensure no over or under use  + Reports the execution of national activities to CS&P     QUALIFICATIONS:  + Bachelor’s Degree  + Fresh graduates are welcome to apply + 1 to 2 years in category management   + Strategy / Critical Thinking  + Project Management with attention to details  + Customer Business Development / Sales experience is a plus  + Amenable for an initial 6 month project based contract with possibility of extending up to 12 months We highly encourage applicants to exclude information on age, gender, and school/s in view of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
