Category & Customers Insight Junior Manager

Job Description

The main goal of the role is to be a strategic partner to our clients to give reliable and consumer oriented recommendation resulted in total category growth.                           

REQUIREMENTS:           

• University degree and  minimum 3-year experience in FMCG or consulting company, (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Analytical departments)

• Experience in Category Management is highly preferred

• Persuasiveness, communication, negotiation skills, result orientation

• Strong analytical and  presentation skills and ability to sell ideas

• Very good communication of English and Polish (both written and spoken)

• Advanced Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

• Familiarity with market data and tools: Nielsen, (Spacemen, Focus would be an advantage)          

Main responsibilities                  

•  Building long term relationship with key customers behind: strong business recommendation proven by sales results.

• Influencing Key Customer on their assortment, promotional and strategy decisions, based on analytical facts

• Leadership of category management:

- deep analysis of brand performance and being expert of the market drivers and trends

- identify business opportunities and preparing sales recommendation based on channel and customer specific including company's priorities

*Preparing and presenting analytical driven recommendations for workshop, portfolio review process with customers and preparing planograms

• Close cooperation with all other key MDLZ business functions (Finance, Marketing, Category Development, Shopper insights)
