The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the procurement of third-party services for customer projects within SAP's Global Procurement Organization and will report directly to the Vice President Service Procurement. The Category Buyer for Billable Services will support the respective Category Manager and the implementation and execution of the category strategy. Besides procurement-related tasks, they will be responsible for Stakeholder Management including Demand Management and act as procurement leader & trusted business partner for all Line of Business representatives. This position is highly strategic and involves direct impact on revenue by ensuring the successful sourcing and subcontracting of professional and technology services. An integral part of the job will be the coordination and execution of key strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, and professional supplier relationship management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
