Job Description

Elysia Wellness Retreat are currently looking for a Chef to join the team on a casual basis.

You will assist with kitchen operations, service in the restaurant, and support room service cooking. Reporting to the Executive Chef, who oversees kitchen operations, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, allergy-friendly meals. This is a casual role with flexible hours. Apply today!

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Hold relevant Certificate III in Cookery qualifications and possess prior experience in a similar position.Demonstrate knowledge and experience in healthy food production, which will be highly advantageous.Have a strong understanding of HACCP and OH&S standards.Exhibit flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment while maintaining a high level of performance under pressure.Be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
